Hello friends! I hope this finds you well and healthy in early 2021. It has been a tough year for many of us and hopefully you have found some inspiration to keep going. The new year slowly brings some needed change our way. I’m relieved and grateful that my family is well if a little stir-crazy at times. My kiddos are back in school 4 days a week (hallelujah!). We have managed, as I imagine many of you have, one day at a time, one slow week after another.
Massage and human contact is one of the best methods to ease the accumulated stress of the pandemic. Over the last few months when it was again safe to see people, I have been cautious about over-scheduling simply because we’re in close proximity even with masks. As Boulder County has recently lifted restrictions from red to yellow, I am opening up my calendar further and look forward to welcoming many of you back after this crazy period!
I am excited to share that I won the “Best of the West” for Best Hands in Boulder from Yellow Scene again in 2021, which is the third year in a row! Thanks to all of you who took the time to vote for me! It’s an honor I take seriously. Please shoot me a text or call, let’s book an appointment soon.
I look forward to the day I can see you again without masks and without worry. But until then, I keep my space clean, uplifted, and ready to see you with masks and health screenings in place.
Here’s to a healthy, happier 2021!

These are all repetitive fast paced professions. Often the fatigue and repetitive motions only catch up after a shift, once you have a chance to stop and relax.
As we round the corner into the new year, now’s the time to add regular massage into your monthly routine:
We all know that this holiday time of year can be stressful. Winter vacations are coming up, kids are home and out of their routines, you may be traveling or hosting, and time is scheduled with extended families. Cabin fever? Muscle strains from skiing? Driving in inclement weather? If an icy walk with the dog leads to an “almost slip and fall” massage can help. If you’re having trouble getting out of the house due to the cold weather, massage can help you keep your joints limber and loose.
Chair massage is what I like to call “getting a tune-up.” It is a quick, easy way to feel better fast. It can help you de-stress from the week or get unstuck.
Expecting mothers have a lot going on. Things are constantly changing! During pregnancy is an important time for regular massage. We all need to take better care of ourselves, but especially during pregnancy. The body is flooded with hormones and the joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles all loosen and expand to make room for baby.
